Contact: Where to Take Each Kind of Question
This is not casino support. This site cannot see, change or release anything on a casino account. If your question is about a deposit, a withdrawal, a bonus or a closed account, the operator is the only party that can act — the route is set out below.
If your question is about an account or a payment
Go to the operator directly. Their live chat and email are on their own site, and they are the only channel with access to your account. Before writing, collect four things — they are what every escalation route asks for first:
- The exact domain you played on, including any number in it.
- Your account identifier.
- The transaction reference and date.
- A screenshot or copy of any message you received, with its exact wording.
If the operator’s complaints process does not resolve it, the conditions attached to a gaming licence require access to an independent dispute resolution service. That route is entered by quoting the licence number, which is published with the register entry on the licensing page.
If your question is about this site
Corrections are welcome and are the most useful thing anyone sends. If a figure here is out of date — a licence has been renewed or lapsed, an RTP configuration has changed, a bonus term has moved — say which page and which line, and it will be checked against the source and corrected.
The same applies to anything on this site that reads as a claim we cannot support. The pages here are written from published sources, and if something has slipped past that standard it should be fixed rather than defended.
What we cannot help with
- Releasing a withdrawal, unlocking an account or reversing a bonus decision — no affiliate site can do any of these.
- Recovering losses, or advising on how to recover them.
- Providing bonus codes that an operator has not published.
- Confirming whether a specific mirror address is genuine — the register entry is the check, and it is on the licensing page.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment
Deposit limits, session time-outs and self-exclusion are available in the account settings of any licensed operator, and they are conditions of the licence rather than favours. Free, confidential support also exists independently of any operator and independently of this site.
